REFUND POLICY
At Posy Mae Floral Studio, we take great care in crafting every arrangement with fresh, seasonal blooms. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered or collected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. We will do our best to make it right, either with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers may have already been sourced and prepared.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, a redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
Custom & Wedding Orders Deposits paid for custom, wedding, or event florals are non-refundable. Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or agreement.
