TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Posy Mae Floral Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All orders must be placed and paid for in full before we begin preparing your arrangement. We accept payment via our online store. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Flower Availability We work with fresh, seasonal blooms sourced from local growers. Flower varieties and colours may vary depending on availability. We will always create a beautiful arrangement in our signature style, but specific varieties cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Same-day delivery is available across Bundaberg and surrounding areas Tuesday to Friday for orders placed before 1:00pm, and on Saturdays for orders placed before 11:00am. Delivery outside these times or areas may be arranged by contacting us directly.

Studio Hours Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm Saturday: 10:00am – 1:00pm Sunday & Monday: Closed

Liability Posy Mae Floral Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
