SHIPPING POLICY

Local Delivery — Bundaberg & Surrounding Areas We offer same-day local delivery across Bundaberg and surrounding areas. To receive same-day delivery, orders must be placed by the following cutoff times:

• Tuesday – Friday: order before 1:00pm
• Saturday: order before 11:00am

We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

Delivery Areas We deliver to Bundaberg and surrounding suburbs. For deliveries outside our standard area, please contact us before ordering at hello@posymae.com or 0448 980 598 to confirm availability and any additional fees.

Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Click & Collect Local pickup is available from our studio at the Laneway on Woongarra, 3B/53 Woongarra St, Bundaberg QLD during studio hours:

• Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 1:00pm

Safe Drop If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will leave your order in a safe, sheltered spot at the delivery address. Please note that once left, Posy Mae Floral Studio is not responsible for the order. If you have a preferred safe drop location, please include it in your order notes.
